Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. Please have a valid credit card ready, as one is required to secure and confirm your appointment.

Your card is used to hold your reservation. Prepayment is not required unless you choose to do so.

Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness is independently owned and owner-operated, with Armanda as the sole service provider. Because I am often with clients and personally providing treatments throughout the day, I am not always available to answer the phone or accommodate walk-in appointments.

For the quickest and easiest booking experience, online booking is recommended.

If you prefer to call, please leave a clear message with your name, phone number, and reason for calling, and I will return your call as soon as I am available, typically between clients or at the end of my service day.

No. The services offered at Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness are complementary wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, please consult your healthcare provider when appropriate and let me know before your service begins.

Yes. For your comfort and safety, please disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries or procedures, pregnancy, medications, allergies, sensitivities, or other health concerns before your service.

Certain services may need to be adapted or may not be appropriate under some circumstances. When appropriate, you may be encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before proceeding.

That’s perfectly okay. With a variety of holistic wellness services available, it may not always be easy to know which service is right for you.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, depending on the circumstances.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment and may be charged in accordance with this policy.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and consideration may be given when appropriate.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen from time to time. However, depending on how late you arrive and the appointments scheduled after yours, your service may need to be adjusted or shortened. You will still be responsible for the full fee for the appointment time originally booked.

Please also understand that I may occasionally run a little ahead of or behind schedule. Every client is unique, and sometimes individual needs require a little additional time and attention. If I am running behind, I will always ensure that you receive the full treatment time you have booked.

If any adjustment to your scheduled appointment is necessary, it will be discussed with you before your treatment begins.

Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness does not provide Registered Massage Therapy (RMT). Our services are offered as holistic wellness, body care, relaxation, and complementary services and may not qualify for reimbursement through extended health insurance plans.

If reimbursement is important to you, please check directly with your insurance provider before booking.

Our services at Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness are available to both male and female clients and are designed to provide a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable experience.

Some services may also be available for children, teenagers, and younger adults. Age requirements, parental or guardian consent, and the suitability of the selected service will be considered on an individual basis.

Please be advised that not every service is appropriate for every person. Certain medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, sensitivities, recent procedures, or other health considerations may require a service to be adapted, postponed, or avoided.

At Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness, mutual respect, safety, and appropriate professional boundaries are expected at all times.

Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour toward the practitioner will not be tolerated. Inappropriate or unwanted touching of the practitioner is strictly prohibited.

If at any time I feel that my personal or professional boundaries, dignity, or safety have been compromised, the service will be stopped immediately and the client may be asked to leave. The full scheduled appointment fee will still apply.
