For many years, my work at Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness has explored wellness on many levels: body, mind, heart, energy and spirit.
Through Reiki, meditation, frequency work, sound, traditional teachings and the practices I have gathered throughout my journey, I continue to explore what it means to live with greater awareness and intention.
I am excited to share another addition to that journey as a Frequense affiliate. This approach brings together nutrition, wellness and the company’s concept of frequency-charged products.
For me, this is not about replacing the practices I already believe in. It is another layer to explore alongside them: nourishment, energy, intention and whole-person wellness.
