My mom and I booked two massages in Osoyoos and we're very much looking forward to it after a day of walking around town and through the Osoyoos Desert Center. Armanda was incredible and hit all of the right spots. The space was clean and extremely relaxing. Both my mom and I were satisfied and felt well rested after our massage. Unfortunately, there were some complications and confusion regarding the booking through the website. In addition to this, the session was running 30 minutes late, luckily we were not in a rush. Initially, we had we booked for the 1hr session, so we were a bit confused when our sessions ended after a half hour., Their booking service online states 1 hr - Relaxation Massage for $55. We received multiple confirmation emails stating the session would be 1 hr long and nothing indicated it would be the half hour. We were told that they were aware of this mistake through the booking page but it hasn't been addressed or fixed in over a month. To be fair, it did state 30 mins in Armanda's booking on her end, but it was not aligned with any information I was receiving. The service we recieved was excellent and we have no complaints regarding the skill and talent Armanda has. We were just a tad disappointed that despite all information provided to us via email and through the booking page and with the knowledge of the error posted, we were still required to pay for the false advertisement. If the information posted was incorrectly, I wish we were notified of the error via phone or email so we wouldn't have to run into the confusions later.
