The Heart Behind Heaven on Earth
Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness began as something deeply personal to me.
It wasn’t simply a name I chose for a business. It grew from my own life, my experiences, my healing, my spirituality, and a belief that we can create moments of Heaven on Earth right here - in the way we care for ourselves, the way we care for one another, and in those moments when we finally allow ourselves to slow down, breathe and receive.
I’m Armanda Amaro, the owner, creator, practitioner and teacher behind Heaven on Earth.
My journey into wellness has never followed one straight path. It has unfolded through life experience, personal healing, professional practice, Reiki, spiritual exploration, travel, different cultures and teachings, and an endless curiosity about the connection between our body, mind, energy and spirit.
I began practicing Reiki in 2007, but I never stopped there.
As I grew, my practice grew with me.
Every place I travelled, every teacher I encountered, every client I worked with, and many of my own life experiences gave me something more to explore. Over time, I began bringing together therapeutic touch, massage, Reiki, energy work, meditation, sound, intuition and other holistic practices in a way that felt natural to me.
And that became the foundation of Total Body Care & Wellness.
What Makes My Approach Different?
I don’t believe you should have to fit yourself into a treatment.
I believe the treatment should begin with you.
You may arrive needing rest and relaxation. Your body may be asking for a different kind of therapeutic touch. You may be curious about Reiki or energy work. You may want to understand yourself on a deeper level, or perhaps you feel called to learn Reiki for yourself and begin an entirely new journey.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you arrive.
We can begin where you are and explore where we can go together.
That is what makes my services personal.
I listen to what you tell me, I pay attention to what you are comfortable with, and together we explore the treatments and practices that may best support what you are looking for at that time.
And because our lives change, I believe our wellness needs can change too.
That is why Heaven on Earth is always evolving.
I continue to learn, travel, explore and bring new experiences and knowledge into my practice. My menu changes because I change, my clients change, and life changes.
But the heart of Heaven on Earth has remained the same:
One person. One space. A deeply personal approach to your care.
Not simply asking, “What treatment would you like?”
But beginning with a different question:
“Where are you today, and how can I support you from here?”
That, to me, is Heaven on Earth Total Body Care & Wellness.
