Armanda Amaro

Armanda grew up with Okanagan roots, then spent close to 30 years working as a baker for a grocery chain in Lethbridge. Her wellness path developed alongside that demanding career.

In 2000, she began courses in Reiki and other holistic practices. She later worked in a spa and operated a small wellness practice from home. After illness brought her back to the Okanagan to be near family, she decided to remain.

Armanda left baking, found a storefront on Main Street, and opened Heaven on Earth in September 2015. The first years required patience. She built trust through consistency, repeat visits, and a personal commitment to the people who walked through the door.

For Armanda, total body care means paying attention to physical comfort, emotional well-being, and the connection between the two.

What guides her work

Armanda describes herself as a facilitator in Reiki sessions. She approaches spirituality through presence, connection to nature, and respect for each person’s beliefs. Her work stays grounded in consent, honest conversation, and personal choice.

Massage and Reiki remain central to the practice, while the wider service menu gives clients one place for body care, sauna, light therapy, waxing, nails, brows, lashes, and PMU.
